Hōhepa Canterbury is a disability support and service provider offering diverse living options, learning & activity programmes, community participation, and therapies – all inspired by anthroposophy.
Our solution
During the Covid Lockdown we were contacted by Hohepa Canterbury looking for a company that could perform a thorough sanitisation service throughout their business.
We met with their Property and Asset manager to talk about their special needs and requirements for their business moving forward.
From that point, we have not only provided Hohepa with a sanitisation service, we have given every building a thorough clean from top to bottom and continue to provide a daily cleaning service at their two sites comprising of multiple buildings and houses within the community.
During the covid pandemic we have increased our services to Hohepa Canterbury to meet with their individual needs and requirements.

“Hohepa Canterbury is a disability service provider supporting 140 people over 2 campuses, and in the wider community. On our campuses we have a mixture of residential and commercial buildings. We engaged CanTab Cleaning one week prior to the Covid-19 Alert Level 4 lockdown, on 20 March 2020. It was a difficult time to engage a new contractor, and yet we have found the staff and management at CanTab responsive to our needs.
As a health provider working with sometimes vulnerable clients, we have had to ensure the cleaning is thorough and consistent. During Alert Levels 4-2 this required full comprehensive cleans to all commercial buildings, returning to regular building cleans at Alert Level 1-0.
We have also engaged CanTab for additional services as required, such as tenancy vacating and carpet cleans.
