WhitebaitMedia is a modern, purpose built production house situated in central Christchurch. With the largest and most well equipped studio Facilities in the South Island. Whitebait has been creating quality television and commercial content for New Zealand and international audiences for over 15 years.
Our solution
We were contacted by whitebait via a google search. They were looking for someone who could clean their special floors in one of their small studios.
After we had done this particular job for them a few times - they then approached us about taking on their full cleaning contract as they were not happy with the quality of their cleaners and their inflexibility.
This contract requires the ability to scale up or pair back the services as the client requires as we are able to accommodate this and to still maintain a high standard.
An example of our adaptability is being able to come in a sanitise the studio where filming had taken place for the production of an educational program during lock down, and also a production truck being used to produce this show.
